You Skipped

You skipped, you scampered, you slipped

Off the track of life.

Half trekked

Forsaking us, helpless.

On the edge of despair,

To fathom the mystery of death. You have turned the key of my heart

You have grasped the closet of my deepest sorrow,

And left me calmer than ever.

You have stolen the treasure of my dearest love,

And left me richer than ever.

My source of love is derived from you. In your love, is my life.

You have entered my heart

Imperceptibly

As light into night,

You have encircled my presence.

But now I am immersed in the ocean of love,

My being is so mingled with the spirit of love,

That I know not one from the other.

You came bedecked

In the rainbow hues of summer shower,

The Sunny gleam in your sparkling eyes,

The cloudy haze in your wavy hair,

The dawny glow in your rosy cheeks,

The earthly fragrance in your golden skin,

The gurgling stream in your gleeful chatter,

Your greenfield apparel with the matching mark of love

And like a rainbow you vanished.

Seek out, seek out;

Through the darkened maze of blinding attachment,

The beacon of truth.

When master keys begin unlocking secrets barred.

When all the No's start turning into yes's sweet.

The joy of truth dispels the gloom of love.
